Those artisans are given complete creative freedom when shaping the line's pipes, resulting in charming pieces like this Dublin. Shape-wise, this piece boasts a stocky, full-bodied bowl that flares from its firm heel to is wide, semi-rectangular rim. In typical Italian neoclassical fashion, the bowl holds most of the visual weight within the composition, its muscular build and sheer height overshadowing the comparatively lean shank-and-stem arrangement. Dressed in a crisp sandblast, the stummel offers a wealth of attractive grain across the bowl and shank alike.
