Savinelli typically adheres to their traditional shape chart, but Savinelli's Autograph line focuses on freehand shapes crafted from their finest burls of briar and individually hand-carved by a few select artisans. This Freehand from Savinelli Autograph's Artisan series is reminiscent of the Vestpocket due to its slim, ovoid form and one-part stummel. The bowl fits neatly in one's hand, while the raised shank face fosters a high-kicking posture, which the sleek tapered stem accentuates. Additionally, the stummel is dressed in a chestnut smooth finish, highlighting fetching grain throughout.
