This series gives craftsmen the freedom to display their creativity, resulting in elegant designs such as this bent Pot. A stout, muscular design, this bent piece from Savinelli boasts a thick-walled bowl that displays a forward-urging momentum through its small frame. Said bowl fits comfortably in hand, and the heel's rearward angle lends the bowl a dynamic posture in profile. A tight transition gives way to an upturned shank and a steeply curved saddle stem, the latter of which encourages a comfortable smoking posture. Dressed in a warm sandblast, the stummel reveals rippling grain across the flanks of the bowl, paring well with the mahogany mouthpiece out back.
