About This Pipe
Named in honor of Giotto di Bondone, one of the first painters to contribute to what would come to be known as the Italian Renaissance, the Giotto series' simple, perfect finish with its ring theme echoes one of the most famous tales regarding the artist himself. Asked to demonstrate his skill to a papal messenger, Giotto is alleged to have drawn a perfect circle in red paint, freehand and on the spot.
This Giotto is in the shape of Savinelli's classic "626", one of the most popular bent Apple renditions there is to be found. Compact, neat of line and form, it's no wonder so many favor this handy, handsome design.
