The "207" is essentially the classic straight Apple, with just a bit of Italian school tweaking. Specifically, the biggest alteration is the larger, more generous bowl proportions than the English would typically use, relative to the pipe's overall length. It's seen here in the Spring's simple, light contrast stain, making for a tasteful, minimalist composition.
