Savinelli: Antica Sandblasted (408) Tobacco Pipe

A lean, willowy take on the bent Billiard shape, this "408" from Savinelli features a pert, upright bowl that rises at the fore of an oval shank and a demurely curved stem. The overall form is incredibly lightweight in hand and nicely bent for easy clenching between the teeth. No longer appearing on Savinelli's shape chart, the "408" is available only as part of the Pipa Antica release.

Savinelli's Pipa Antica pipes present old-stock stummels across a wide variety shapes. Turned decades ago, Antica features many shapes only available in this limited-edition release, having been removed from the Italian marque's standard shape chart long ago. Each Pipa Antica is dressed in a crisp, earthy sandblast and fitted with an attractive Ebonite stem, lending these vintage stummels a timeless, rustic appeal.
