Savinelli: Collection 1993 Sandblasted (6mm) (Legacy Stock) Tobacco Pipe

Savinelli's Collection series is an annual limited edition release that comprises a single shape, presented across both smooth and sandblasted finishes. Each year features a different shape that fits in with others of Savinelli's portfolio but is distinct from anything available on the marque's regular shape chart, making pipes from this series alluring for collectors of Savinelli's work. An annual tradition since 1985, each year's release of the Collection series is a hotly anticipated event for any enthusiast of the Italian brand's pipes. As a limited edition, these pipes are scarce, and finding older examples from the line usually involves scouring the estate market for them, but in 2024, Savinelli uncovered a selection of Collection pieces from years past. These pipes are not only rare, limited examples of some of Savinelli's most desirable work, but are well-aged smokers whose briar has benefitted from extra time in Savinelli's storage. This extra-limited, small-selection release boasts pipes from between 1986 and 1999, making each piece well over two decades old, all finished in a crisp, earthy sandblast.
