The towering bowl commands much of the shape's visual weight, paired to a comparatively slimmer, round shank and tapered mouthpiece. The "111 KS" is closely related to the marque's "104" Billiard, with the primary difference being that this "111 KS" is slightly longer and contains more muscular proportions throughout. Pipes from Savinellis's Punto Oro and Punto Oro Gold series are among the Italian marque's highest-quality regular-production pieces, second only to pipes from their vaunted Giubileo d'Oro line. Punto Oro pipes represent less than two percent of Savinelli's production, as each one is required to pass no fewer than 90 quality inspection tests to guarantee excellent grain, shaping, and internal engineering.
