Latin for "mad" or "insane", Ser Jacopo's Insanus series features some of the marque's more unique offerings. Here it offers a bent Brandy with quite an interesting treatment of the shank. If I didn't know any better, I would think someone snapped off the shank halfway up and then fastened it back together with a bit of bailing wire. I do know better, however, and there's no cracks or snaps to this piece: just a masterful bit of drilling and engineering, a curious use of silver wire for an accent, and one of the most striking profiles around. It may be an "insane" design, but then again, we're all a little "mad" deep down.
