Though I've seen heartier Maxima briars from Ser Jacopo, this Calabash shape certainly fills the hand well, and in this case does so with a perfectly-oriented, concentric display of ring-grain. Said ring-grain is intensely coaxed, resulting in an undeniably stimulating feel in hand, contrasted beautifully by the smooth-stained, domed rim and warm-hued Delecta mount.
