Ser Jacopo's Albus et Niger (white and black) series exudes elegance, and in this robust, tall Calabash, is used to great effect. Rendered here in the form of a harlequin-patterned, acrylic accent along the cream-colored stem base, it's bookended by a trim ring of silver on the shank end and stem, for a pleasant contrast. The warm, contrast stain of the smooth stummel reveals lovely licks of flame grain patterns beneath, while the mushroom-like cap is rife with handsome birdseye. This "Pulchra" is indeed beautiful in finish, accents and design.
