Ser Jacopo: Spongia Rusticated Poker (R2) Tobacco Pipe

Product Number: 002-171-3177

A forward-tipping, cylindrically shaped Poker from Ser Jacopo, this piece is one of the uncommon compact pieces from the Pesaro workshop. Known for their "Maxima" gigantic briars, this pipe ably confirms the carvers' talents and versatility in crafting smaller designs. The bowl houses plenty of chamber and displays an angled, flattened heel that allows it to sit sturdily, while the trim shank-and-stem extend out from a mid-set transition for a nicely balanced form. It's dressed here in the virgin-finished Spongia rustication with the rim and aforementioned heel smoothly polished for contrast.
