Housing plenty of chamber within thick walls, this bent Billiard from Ser Jacopo packs a lot of heartiness within its compact form. The stout, upright bowl offers a smooth, lightly stained rim that's separated by the remainder of the bowl by a distinctive, demarcating ridgeline. The arching diamond shank and gently downturned stem maintain the bowl's robust, muscular aesthetic with plenty of room at the transition to casually drape a thumb. This Maxima piece is dressed in the natural stain and rugged rustication of the marque's Spongia finish and should patinate with time and use, taking on tan, golden brown and even pink colors.
