A stylish rendition of the bent Dublin shape from Ser Jacopo, this piece features a muscular, barely-flared paneled bowl with a firm heel. The abbreviated shank extends from the low-slung transition before giving way to a tapered stem of jet-black acrylic. The shank end and stem base are both accented by ornate bands of sterling silver, which add a dose of flash to the overall composition. The stummel wears a dark, low-profile sandblast that draws out growth rings that neatly radiate up the height of the bowl. This is an eye-catching piece, the black color of the finish contrasted by the shinning silver accents for an elegant composition.
