Ser Jacopo: Rowlette Rusticated Bent Dublin Tobacco Pipe

Product Number: 002-171-3631

This bent Dublin from Ser Jacopo features the form's characteristic flared rim and gradual taper to the heel. The bowl is lent a gestural poise by the lifted heel, and the stretched transition keeps the overall design rather fluid and curvaceous. The paneled shank offers some firm, muscular lines to the composition that offset the bowl's round qualities in profile. The shank and stem curls upwards and strike a sinuous S-curve out back that promotes a comfortable smoking posture. The stummel wears the Italian workshop's iconic Rowlette finish which dresses the briar with their unique take on the "melting wax" motif and lends a wealth of textural and visual intrigue, though the rim and nomenclature panel, are left smooth and lightly stained for a touch of contrast.
