Though not a common staple within their portfolio, Ser Jacopo's Churchwarden designs are always quite eye-catching, as they possess the playful aesthetics and bold presentation associated with the Pesaro style. That remains true for this bent Dublin rendition, which pairs a tall, flaring bowl with a sharply defined, Pickaxe-like heel to an upturned shank and a long, arcing Churchwarden stem. The languid sprawl of the shank-and-stem arrangement offers a comfortable, relaxed smoking posture from which to enjoy the bowl's over two inches of chamber capacity, and it's all handsomely presented in a orange-hued rustication, save for the rim and a band around the shank end, which are left smooth and stained a honeyed color for contrast.
