A unique, eye-catching design from Ser Jacopo, this Cavalier shape affixes a squat, gently rounded bowl to a shank that extends through the transition to the fore of the pipe. This piece foregoes a heel for a continuous line of shank and stem that, while more horizontal than usual Cavalier renditions, showcase a bit of curvature which lifts the bowl and foster a look similar to North American indigenous pipes. Sterling silver accents at the junction and fore of the pipe, while adding a dose of flash to the composition, also draw attention to the placement of the shank in profile. A tapered stem of jet-black acrylic tops off the design, its modest color complementing the handsome walnut stain of the stummel. Said stain is contrasted regally by the twin silver fitments at either end of the shank, and reveals handsome grain throughout the stretch of the briar.
