Ser Jacopo: Rowlette Rusticated Billiard Tobacco Pipe
Product Number: 002-171-3799
Ser Jacopo was founded in 1982 by Giancarlo Guidi, the Pesaro workshop's portfolio expanding since with often quite whimsical, bold renditions. This Billiard is actually moderate in size, its shaping aligning more with traditional English design. The rounded, stout bowl is poised at the end of a subtly tapering shank and stem and sits sturdily upright thanks to a flattened underside. The stummel is dressed in an intriguing "melting wax" finish that's mostly unique to Italian pipe making, the mahogany and chestnut hues resulting in a warm, rustic disposition.
