Ser Jacopo: Spongia Rusticated Calabash (R2) (B) (9mm) Tobacco Pipe

At first glance, this Calabash from Ser Jacopo could almost be mistaken for a bent Dublin, what with its flaring bowl and sinuously bent shank-and-stem arrangement. The bowl's domed rim, however, is a clear indication of this piece's true Calabash nature. Said rim hangs over the bowl and presides over a rather deep chamber, which should ensure plenty of long, leisurely smoking sessions. The warm Spongia rustication dresses the stummel and provides plenty of rich texture for the fingers to explore, while a metallic band adorns the shank end and ties the entire composition together with a touch of flash.
