Ser Jacopo: Smooth Bent Apple Churchwarden (L1) (A) Tobacco Pipe

Product Number: 002-171-3933

Ser Jacopo was founded in the 1980s by legendary pipe maker Giancarlo Guidi. The workshop cultivated their signature Pesaro style, which delights in dramatic flourishes and whimsical stylings, even more so than the already playful Italian tradition. Unfortunately, Guidi passed away in 2012, but his workshop carries on his legacy. This bent Apple from Ser Jacopo has an acrylic Churchwarden stem, giving the pipe several extra inches of length and creating a comfortable smoking posture. The chestnut smooth finish on the stummel showcases flanks of vertical grain that radiate from a core of birsdeye on the heel. Additionally, the stummel features a few of Ser Jacopo's geometric eccentricities, namely, two beadlines carved just below the asymmetric rim, which acutely curves to a peak at the fore of the pipe.
