Ser Jacopo: Albus et Niger Smooth Rhodesian with Silver (L) (C) Tobacco Pipe
Product Number: 002-171-3985
Ser Jacopo was founded in the 1980s by legendary pipe maker Giancarlo Guidi. The workshop cultivated their signature Pesaro style, which delights in dramatic flourishes and whimsical stylings, even more so than the already playful Italian tradition. Unfortunately, Guidi passed away in 2012, but his workshop carries on his legacy. As a part of the Albus et Niger series, this Rhodesian pairs a dark, walnut smooth finish on the stummel to a bright, snow-white acrylic stem. These two parts meet at an intricately carved pair of silver bands, which appear to be a military mount but actually hide a standard push-style tenon and mortise.
