Plump and well-rounded of bowl, this forward-ebbing bent Apple from Ser Jacopo is a chubby, charming bit of Italian craftsmanship, with plenty of chamber capacity, despite its more compact size. It's dressed in a warn rendition of one of the workshop's more reserved rustications, with the domed shank end, and nomenclature panel left smooth and stained a lighter hue for contrast. There's plenty of textural and visual appeal to go around, especially when considering the silver fitment at the stem base.
