Ser Jacopo: Delecta Rusticated Dublin with Silver (R1) (B) Tobacco Pipe
Product Number: 002-171-4030
Ser Jacopo was founded in the 1980s by legendary pipe maker Giancarlo Guidi. The workshop cultivated their signature Pesaro style, which delights in dramatic flourishes and whimsical stylings, even more so than the already playful Italian tradition. Unfortunately, Guidi passed away in 2012, but his workshop carries on his legacy. Although Ser Jacopo is well known for their large pipes, this Dublin falls on the smaller side, measuring in at just over five inches. Additionally, the pipe's muscularity centers at the shank-and-stem combination, and not the bowl like most Italian pipes. Said combination is stubby and thick due to the Delecta mount that matches a briar expansion ring on the shank with a silver band on the stem in a traditional pressure-style arrangement.
