This bent Dublin from Ser Jacopo is fairly conservative design compared to workshop's usual output, making it something of an outlier within the Italian marque's portfolio. Nevertheless, it's a handsome rendition of the classic shape that sees a tall, slightly canted bowl posed at the fore of a high-reaching shank-and-stem arrangement. In typical Italian neoclassical fashion, the bowl holds most of the visual weight within the composition, its steady flare drawing attention away from the comparatively trim shank-and-stem arrangement. A crisp sandblast dresses the stummel and unveils rippling grain across the briar's surface, while a silver accent adorns the junction and ties the entire composition together with a touch of flash.
