Ser Jacopo: Delecta Rusticated Bent Apple with Silver (R1) (B) Tobacco Pipe
Product Number: 002-171-4162
Founded by Giancarlo Guidi in the 1980s, Ser Jacopo is among the most prominent workshops working in the dramatic Pesaro style, characterized by bold proportions and inventive finishing techniques. This bent Apple is a fine example of the Italian marque's unique style, featuring a low-slung, affably plump bowl that rests on a soft heel at the fore of a girthy round shank fitted with Ser Jacopo's eye-catching Delecta mount. The Delecta mount is rendered from section of domed briar fitted, in this example, to a bent and tapered acrylic stem accented with a silver band at the tenon. Dressed in a rich, earthy rustication, the stummel offers plenty of engaging texture for the fingers to explore.
