Ser Jacopo: Maior Sandblasted Dublin with Silver (S1) (B) Tobacco Pipe

Product Number: 002-171-4173

Ser Jacopo was founded in the 1980s by legendary pipe maker Giancarlo Guidi. The workshop cultivated their signature Pesaro style, which delights in dramatic flourishes and whimsical stylings, even more so than the already playful Italian tradition. Sadly, Guidi passed away in 2012, but Ser Jacopo carries on his legacy. This Dublin by Ser Jacopo possesses a conical bowl, as the walls linearly flare from the flat underside to the broad rim. The crisp geometry of the bowl is deftly contrasted by the organic finish, Ser Jacopo's Maior sandblast, which carves squiggly red lines into the jet-black stain, an aesthetic that resembles crackling lava. Out back, the protracted shank-and-stem arrangement features a trim silver band at the junction, providing the composition with a dash of elegant flash.
