Ser Jacopo: Delecta Smooth Apple with Silver (L1) (C) (9mm) Tobacco Pipe

Product Number: 002-171-4308

Ser Jacopo was founded in the 1980s by legendary pipe maker Giancarlo Guidi. The workshop cultivated their signature Pesaro style, which delights in dramatic flourishes and whimsical stylings, even more so than the already playful Italian tradition. Sadly, Guidi passed away in 2012, but his workshop carries on his legacy. Despite this Apple by Ser Jacopo featuring a plump, shapely bowl, this pipe is a stable Sitter, making it a functional desk pipe. Furthermore, this piece also possesses one of Ser Jacopo's signature Delecta mounts, which features dramatic silver fitments on the shank end and stem base but houses a traditional tenon and mortise. Additionally, the stummel is dressed in a chestnut smooth finish, highlighting vertical grain and birdseye swirls across the bowl's contours.
