Ser Jacopo: Delecta Sandblasted Apple with Silver (S2) (C) Tobacco Pipe

Product Number: 002-171-4309

Ser Jacopo was founded in the 1980s by legendary pipe maker Giancarlo Guidi. The workshop cultivated their signature Pesaro style, which delights in dramatic flourishes and whimsical stylings, even more so than the already playful Italian tradition. Sadly, Guidi passed away in 2012, but his workshop carries on his legacy. This Apple by Ser Jacopo possesses a shapely bowl, and its plump walls ebb forward as they ascend to the rim's sharp fore, imbuing this streamlined shape with a subtle momentum. Out back, a stout shank gives way to one of Ser Jacopo's signature Delecta mounts, which features dramatic silver fitments on the shank end and stem base but houses a traditional tenon and mortise. Furthermore, the stem is crafted from transparent, honey-hued acrylic, which pairs handsomely with the rustic sandblast that dresses the stummel.
