Ser Jacopo: Sandblasted Dublin (S1) Tobacco Pipe

Product Number: 002-171-4318

Ser Jacopo was founded in the 1980s by legendary pipe maker Giancarlo Guidi. The workshop cultivated their signature Pesaro style, which delights in dramatic flourishes and whimsical stylings, even more so than the already playful Italian tradition. Sadly, Guidi passed away in 2012, but his workshop carries on his legacy. This bent Dublin by Ser Jacopo showcases a profile reminiscent of the Poker, with an upright bowl and a low-set shank-and-stem arrangement. However, there are two notable revisions, namely the demure downward arc of the shank-and-stem arrangement, along with the trumpeting flare of the bowl, which both exemplify Ser Jacopo's penchant for whimsical shaping. Additionally, the stummel is dressed in a jet-black sandblast, highlighting a craggy array of organic growth rings.
