Ser Jacopo: Sandblasted Bent Billiard Churchwarden (S2) (A) Tobacco Pipe

Churchwarden renditions aren't often featured in Ser Jacopo's portfolio, making versions like this bent Billiard few and far between. That said, this piece takes on a more traditional aesthetic compared to the Italian workshop's more overtly whimsical, Pesaro-styled pipes. The bowl is dominant in profile against the slender shank, and it fits substantially in hand, housing a generous chamber, made more appealing by crisp, auburn-hued sandblast, and the stretch of black acrylic stem that adds plenty of rich contrast. It's a pipe meant for long, relaxing smoking sessions, and will be an excellent reading pipe.
