Ser Jacopo: "La Pipaccia" Rowlette Rusticated Bent Billiard (C) (2) Tobacco Pipe
Product Number: 002-171-4511
Since its founding in 1982, Ser Jacopo has become one of the most recognizable and iconic pipe brands in all of Italy. Under the watchful stewardship of founder Giancarlo Guidi, the workshop developed a style that has since come to define the Pesaro shaping aesthetic. Each Ser Jacopo pipe is imbued with a whimsical sense of character that reflects the brand's creativity and playful spirit. Ser Jacopo's "La Pipaccia" series takes inspiration from the pipes Giancarlo Guidi saw sailors smoking at the Adriatic Port in Pesaro, Italy. Part of that line, this bent Billiard by Ser Jacopo boasts a tall, cylindrical bowl that stands at the fore of an upturned shank and a steeply curved saddle stem. Said bowl houses a capacious chamber within its thick frame, ensuring plenty of long, leisurely smoking sessions, which the vaulted shank-and-stem arrangement will aid. Dressing this piece is the rugged Rowlette rustication, which lends the composition a "melting wax" look common in Italian pipe making.
