The Cat's Eye series from Tsuge presents several designs united by a lenticular shank, resembling the line's namesake, and a striking acrylic mount adorning the face. This "606" presents a curvaceous bent Apple, the hard ridgelines flanking the shank, terminating at the defined transition and contrasting against the bowl's voluptuous curves. Though plump and robust, it's not without dynamic momentum — the profile flowing through the stem and shank and into the bowl's slight forward cant — found here in a dark sandblast that draws focus to the golden accent.
