Tsuge: Yoroi Sandblasted Large Black Poker (9mm) Tobacco Pipe

Tanslating from Japanese as "armor", the Yoroi series from Tsuge is aptly named, presenting with, in this case, a black metal rim cap, heel covering, and flaring shank. Out of the shank ebbs a demurely curved tapered stem in a military mount configuration, allowing the pipe to be taken apart at any time, even while hot. As a Poker, this piece features a stolid cylindrical bowl which sits stably upon its heel and acts as a lovely canvas for the inky black sandblast dressing the briar.
