Vauen: Pure Smooth (1208) Tobacco Pipe

Here Vauen presents a gestural, forward-urging take on the Rhodesian with their "08" design. The rim is neatly chamfered and the bowl wears a set of of well-defined beadlines around its equator. The gradually arcing shank and stem combination give the shape an elegantly graceful look in profile and accentuate the implied momentum of the bowl up front. Seen here as part of the Pure line, it's been finished in warm, inviting stain, tastefully complemented by a set of flashy metal accent rings. It's also one of the few series offered by the German marque to feature unfiltered pipes.
