This Apple from Vauen brings to mind the squat, round bowl of the Prince shape. A compact number, with its low-slung bowl set to an abbreviated shank, followed by a walnut-stained ring of natural briar matching the smooth rim. A bright, sterling silver mount precedes the gently tapered, jet-black stem. Dressed in a complementing ruby-tinged sandblast, exposing some lovely grain below, this is fine-looking Apple with textural appeal as well.
