In my opinion, every pipe smoker should have at least one Churchwarden design in their rotation. They're excellent reading pipes and offer a nice Old World aesthetic. Vauen's Auenland takes that Old World aesthetic to the next level, offering rugged, earthy Churchwarden configurations in a unique way. The briar stummels, you see, are set to extra long beechwood stems, giving the illusion of a pipe completely crafted from hardwoods. Of course, being Vauen, you can expect some pretty modern engineering. Those beechwood stems are actually lined with acrylic, with a matching tip to serve as the mouthpiece — preventing damage to the wood itself and also making cleaning and maintaining your briar that much easier.
