Displaying a broad, round base with a gradual taper toward the rim, the bowl of this solid, full-bodied Poker from Vauen is also Volcano-esque in its shaping. Paired to a low-lying, straight stretch of round shank and jet-black saddle stem, it sits easily. Rendered from black oak, with its rings highlighted in a white hue, it evokes the look of limestone, hence the "Lime" moniker. Additionally, this "783" is lined with pale, white meerschaum, which should promote a more flavor-neutral smoke, its inner rim matching appreciatively with the stummel color.
