Vauen: Six (104) (6mm) Tobacco Pipe

While 9mm charcoal filters have been the norm for Vauen pipes since 1934, the German marque decided to embark on a smaller 6mm version within its Six line, begun in 2021 and realized in this "104" sleek Billiard. A more svelte rendition than its more frequently seen muscular counterparts, the bowl is poised demurely at the end of a streamlined, slender stretch of shank and stem. Lightweight and handy, it's wearing a rich auburn stain that does well to highlight the briar's natural grain orientation.
