With roots dating to 1848, Vauen is Germany's longest-running pipe manufacturer. Vauen is also the originator of the Dr. Perl activated carbon filter, which quickly became a standard feature on all of their pipes. The Castor series is offered across six shapes, each featuring three aluminum accent bands along the shank, interspersed with two briar rings creating an intriguing accent that stands out at the conjunction to each pipe's black acrylic stem. The series is presented with a glossy mahogany finish, offering a sleek modern aesthetic. The Castor series is offered here in Vauen's curvaceous "142" bent Apple shape.
