This organic bent Apple from Poul Winslow is a fine example of his Danish, often organic shaping style. The bowl is canted forward in a lively posture, and slightly compressed, with a lifted, sweeping heel and a rim laden with craggy plateau. The transition is effortless, leading into a slightly upturned shank and inviting easy draping of a digit. A vibrant stain and smooth finish commends flame grain around the bowl, while a gleaming silver accent and creamy white disk add handsome contrast. It's topped by a sleek saddle stem of jet-black acrylic, just slightly bent to offer a comfortable smoking posture.
