Winslow: Smooth Billiard with Silver (D) Tobacco Pipe

This Billiard from Poul Winslow is a fairly compact design, measuring just a touch over five inches in total length. However, it's still a rather muscular rendition of the shape-chart standard, with a thick, stocky bowl affixed to an equally robust shank. The bowl boasts a respectable chamber capacity, and the overall composition conforms well to the hand. The stummel wears a light, contrast-stained smooth finish that highlights fine strands of flame grain across either flank of the bowl. A sterling silver accent wraps around the shank end and provides a dose of flash to the pipe in profile.
