Winslow: Crown Smooth Bent Apple (200) Tobacco Pipe

Compared to much of Poul Winslow's other works, this bent Apple is remarkably svelte, with a shank and stem that are positively graceful, especially when paired to the bowl on display here. The shank here is fairly short, and leads to a stylized stem that showcases some channels at its bit, and with a very slight downturn which makes for a rather elegant profile. The aforementioned bowl is quite large, with a palpable plumpness about its build that is sure to make it a dream in the hand, with its heartiness making it a lovely canvas for the lively streaks of flame grain unveiled by the briar's warm auburn stain.
