It's this style that's gone on to influence his workmanship as the years have passed, combining with the more reserved elements of Danish classicism to foster a unique aesthetic. This signature style comprises pieces that are often large and imposing, with firm ridges and fluting channels poised alongside softly rounded contours and gently flowing lines. Winsløw's standard line of pipes reflect this style quite well, often through unique reinterpretations of shape-chart standards that draw heavily from Denmark's Fancy Freehand tradition.
