About This Pipe
Though straightforward in its basic form, this Poul Winslow straight Dublin does show a few playful flourishes. The gentle roll of the rim as it moves toward the forward face of the bowl, for example, or the subtle backward cant to the bowl itself. The shank and stem, in contrast to both the shaping and the mixed flame-grain-and-rustication of the bowl, is a straight shot back to the slim saddle bit.
