Wojtek Pastuch's style is a mix of classical Danish shaping, with hints of English and German pedigree. This straight Apple makes a beautiful example of it, its petite form using crisp, minimalist lines to create a lightweight form. Considering Wojtek's training with Tom Eltang, this is not a surprise, though the particular execution is impressive — softly-rounded of bowl and trim of shank and stem, with a pale accent of warthog tusk contrasting brightly against the warmer contrast stain and cumberland stem. It's lovely work, and perfect for a pocket-friendly smoker.
