SIMPLY THE BEST
This is the gold standard by which all other golden Virginia blends should be judged. Dependable, consistent, tons of great bright flavors, amazing burning qualities, inexpensive, ages well. I would also strongly recommend it to new pipe smokers in order for them to develop a palate sensitivity to more subtle flavors. It's easy to be taken by the bold, obvious flavors of the 40-leaf Balkan with rare broiled ancient Uzbek burley and never get a sense of the full spectrum of any particular leaf.
