This has been my go-to for a year or so now as I am partial to perique. I've been buying it in bulk a pound at a time. I would like to see a blend with an even higher proportion of perique, call it Bayou Midnight or Bayou After Hours. (Perhaps the previous reviewer smoked something else in a mis-marked package.)
