Comoy's - Cask No.11
(untitled)
A mild balkan. Musty orientals and smoky latakia, a tad to the sweet side. Despite the Comoy's name this seems like a more Danish take on the balkan genre.

Cornell & Diehl - Pegasus

Great nutty / woody burley flavor backed by virginia sweetness and a smattering of plain black cavendish to smooth it over. A marvelous all natural blend with some power.

G. L. Pease - Triple Play 2oz

More like home run. Jackknife turned up a notch or two. Earthy and vegetal, sweet and creamy, dark and spicy. Liable to be a real powerhouse with some age. I like my steak medium thanks.

E. Hoffman Company - Spilman Mixture 2.5oz
(untitled)
You might want to know this has some liquorice flavoring in the background. After all, it's an old school American smoking mixture. Absolutely mild and cool smoking in every regard. Sounds like your cup of tea? Here's your all day blend.

Peter Stokkebye - PS403 Luxury Bullseye Flake

A platter that matters. These coins go down like water. Fresh mown hay virginia + stewed fruit perique + sugary cavendish. More grainy sweet than spicy. It's easy to see why this one makes the top ten consistently.

Wessex - Red Virginia Flake 50g

Campaign junior in a sense. Thinner in body than you expect. Navy cut flakes featuring a tangy hay, raisin and bread virginia with a wine like finish. It's like sunshine in a glass. Won't bite even if you abuse it.

War Horse - Bar 1.75oz

It may wish it were a plug, but this is crumble cake country. A myriad of flavors your tastebuds will go mad trying to decipher laid over top of warm nutty burley and smoky kentucky, with a notable nic hit that shows up about the time the party's half over, just like that girl you knew in college. Watch out.

Dunhill - Elizabethan Mixture 50g

For a va/p, this is about as exciting as shopping with your wife. Fare thee well, Elizabeth!

Erinmore - Erinmore Flake 50g

A warm virginia burley mix with mild apricot - bergamot - pineapple topping, for taste not room note. The tobacco is tasty and the topping is natural. Bite? Not a nip. Outstanding punchy summertime blend. This is the tobacco Orlik Golden Sliced wishes it could be.

Gawith Hoggarth & Co. - Brown Bogie

Ready for a throat punch? Alrighty, c'mon then. This is what tobacco is all about my friend. Gobs of powerful, dark earthy tobacco flavor with a side of rose geranium florals that mostly burn off by mid bowl. Enough nicotine to tranquilize a moose and a cigar + perfume room note that lingers forever. Your wife will love it. Chew it, smoke it and snuff it up. A true gem of the tobacco world.

Planta - Full English

An english - balkan of a different stripe. The syrian still retains its underlying oriental quality, the java cigar leaf adds some power and body, virginia brings up the rear with a touch of sweetness. Great blend, if you can get it.

Orlik - Golden Sliced 50g
(still untitled)
Bright virginia with mild bergamot orange topping. Think "Earl Grey". Perique? I wouldn't be too sure. A classic, great summertime blend. Go easy at it for best results.

Hearth & Home - WhiteKnight 1.75oz

A medium to full balkan that really scratches the yenidje itch. Fantastic clean flavor. Very well blended. Sobranie who??

James J. Fox - Bankers 50g

Toasted carmel popcorn with a side of campfire. Not bad if you like a sweeter medium bodied english.

Cornell & Diehl - Kajun Kake 2oz

Another fantastic va/p from C&D. Earthy and spicy with a slap across the face from lady N. Oh you don't like that? Come back to it after a year in the jar and you'll find a more mellow animal with a sweeter, fruitier old timey sort of taste.

Tampers & Tools - Rubber Pipe Bits (2 pack)

Chomping at the bit again? Here ya go. These are the good ones, not the cheap knock offs. You'll thank me later.

Cornell & Diehl - Bayou Morning

One of the best va/ps on the market. Maybe even ~the~ best. I know that's a bold statement but so is this tobacco. If you like full flavored va/ps with some punch you'll like this. Just be careful not to jar it too moist.

Tampers & Tools - Tobacco Pipe Wind Cap

These are ingenious, and with a slight adjustment to the grips they fit every pipe I own. Great!
