THROAT BURNER
WORST BURLEY but EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER lack of SERVICE! Asked for an exchange and was told an EMPHATIC NO! I WILL go back to www.smokingpipes.com. Had a similar issue, they exchanged WITHOUT A PROBLEM. The amount was about $48! This time, I am out $36 of my hard earned cash. No feeling for the working man. They will probably reply with "our exchange policy is once bulk tobacco is opened, we can't refund/exchange" B.S.
