Capstan - Ready Rubbed Blue 1.75oz
Overrated
Terribly overrated. It's popular because of Tolkien id imagine. It's why I wanted to try it. I wasn't impressed. If you haven't had it, you should definitely try it. It's one of the ones everyone should at least try. But I found it to be very bland, mild, and just don't want it in my pipe. I've heard time will help. But a year ain't enough, pulled some out the other day, still taste horrible. It's just a crappy blend.
Peterson - My Mixture 965 50g
Eh
It's definitely good. For me it's just missing something. I believe some time in the celler will do it good. I don't understand the love this blend gets though. Or the love any Peterson blend gets. All of them just ever so slightly, miss the mark with me.
Peterson - Nightcap 50g
Latakia Heavy
This will have you so relaxed you'll fall asleep in your chair. Nightcaps a fitting name. I've enjoyed it late at night, gives ya a good buzz. Just sit and relax. It's a straight Latakia Bomb. So it's more of an every now and then kinda smoke for me. Got to be in the mood for it. Definitely worth having in your celler though for when the moment calls
Cornell & Diehl - Burley Flake #1 2oz
Eh
It's alright. Wasn't blown away, but its a very good smoke. A proper smoke. But probably won't get another. If this is all you had, you'd still be in good shape. Definitely a good blend. It's just nothing special
G. L. Pease - Windjammer 2oz
Complex taste
This Blend was one I can understand describing like wine. I'm usually annoyed when some pompous critique writes about tobacco like it's wine but for this blend, it makes sense. It is unique in its ability to express multiple flavors, unlike any other blends I've had. You will get notes of rum obliviously but also coconut, walnut, and Cocoa. It's smokes very well, there isn't much to complain about, and it's quickly becoming one of my favorites.
Savinelli - Doblone d'Oro 100g
Better Fresh
Where some Blends taste better with time, I felt this one was best smoked fresh. It was delicious fresh out the tin, but after while I started to reach for it less and less. It's a great smoke, worth a try. I got a bit of a floral taste along with some BBQ. Best smoked slowly.

Good Smoke
Its good. I've been smoking it a lot lately. It's in my rotation. It doesn't blow me away though. It's just okay. The brandy is what makes it. Makes ya feel like a pirate on a ship, the sea mist hitting you in the face, the delicious smoke billowing. Ah maybe it's better than okay, it's pretty dang good.

Needs to Rest
Worst Blend ever at first opening. Smells and taste like Horse Manure. But stick it in the celler for a few months and it transformed into something magical. Its amazing from that point forward. You go from wanting to throw it in the trash to wanting to order more of it.
A&C Petersen - Escudo Navy Deluxe 50g
Excellent taste
Amazing taste. It may not get any better than this. I actually prefer OGS better than Escudo but it's very close. OGS burns and smokes a little better. But the taste you get with Escudo is one of a kind.
Orlik - Golden Sliced 100g
Best VaPer
Citrus and Hay, lots of billowing smoke. Smoke it slow to keep it cool and you'll be cool. Best smoking VaPer. Burns good. Smokes great. This is one of my favorite smokes.
Cornell & Diehl - Old Joe Krantz 2oz
Great Smoke
A lot like Haunted Bookshop, just a bit deeper and darker in flavor. It's excellent. I go back and forth on which one I like better.

The One
This is my One blend. It's my favorite. It's hard to want to smoke anything else after smoking this. Old Joe Krantz is a pretty good alternative but I still like Haunted Bookshop better. It's an all day smoke for me. It smokes great, taste great. It's the best.
Cornell & Diehl - Night Train 2oz
Too Spicy for my taste
I really wanted to like this blend, but it's too Spicy for my taste. It's non stop spicyness. I think some time in the celler would do it good too.
